Made to Order. Your flooring will be custom made to order and therefore is non-returnable, non-cancelable. Please allow 10-14 business days on average for production (depending on flooring color, final floor size; optional beveled edges and/or electrical channeling); time in shipment is additional.
120 Day Limited Warranty: The manufacturer warrants this flooring to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 120 days from the original purchase date. This warranty does not cover color variation, puncture (from high heels, sharp objects, etc.), slashing, cutting, abrasion (from soil, gravel, stones, etc.), denting, staining or any other damage due to accidental causes, intentional or unintentional misuse or normal wear and tear. After an inspection by the manufacturer, any flooring determined to be defective will be replaced by the manufacturer. Install over smooth, flat surface only. Do not install over carpeting or any other type of cushioned surface. Indoor use only, not intended for outdoor use. Warranty does not cover outdoor usage.
