Made to Order. Your flooring will be custom made to order and therefore is non-returnable, non-cancelable. Please allow 5-business days on average for production (depending on final floor size; optional beveled edges and/or electrical channeling); time in shipment is additional.
90 Day Limited Warranty: The manufacturer warrants this flooring to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the original purchase date. This warranty does not cover color variation, puncture (from high heels, sharp objects, etc.), slashing, cutting, abrasion (from soil, gravel, stones, etc.), staining or any other damage due to accidental causes, intentional or unintentional misuse or normal wear and tear. After an inspection by the manufacturer, any flooring determined to be defective will be replaced by the manufacturer.
