Please note: We begin processing your order immediately after you Place Your Order. Prior to approving your artwork confirmation (eproof), it may be possible to cancel your order, but once you've approved your artwork confirmation for production, your order cannot be canceled. To request cancellation of your order, complete the form below. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation, providing your order has not been processed and/or graphic pre-production has not started. Submitting this request form does not guarantee your order can or will be cancelled.
Canceling a Merchandise Order: • If your order is still pending, there will be no fee to cancel. • If your order has been processed but not packed for shipping, you will be assessed a minimum 10% cancellation fee with a minimum charge of $15. • If your order has shipped, please follow our Return Policies and Procedures. The cancellation will be treated as a Return with all applicable fees. • Orders which are refused at delivery will be assessed all applicable fees including restocking, cancellation and other applicable fees. • All Special Order/Drop Ship items cannot be cancelled once the order has been processed.
Canceling an Order with Graphics: • If your order is still pending, there will be no fee to cancel. • If your order and artwork have been processed for production, and an artwork confirmation emailed but not approved, you will be assessed a $38 cancellation fee (per artwork file readied for production). Design and layout fees for any additional work performed will not be refunded. • After you have approved your artwork confirmation (eproof) for production, your order cannot be cancelled and you will be charged for all work performed.
Order Cancelled by tradeshow-stuff.com: There may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include: • Limitations on quantities available for purchase. • Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information. • The item will be out-of-stock for a period longer than 30 days. • The ordered item cannot be shipped outside the U.S. • Additional information needed to process the order was not provided in a timely manner. • The item has been discontinued or is no longer available. • Subject matter which is offensive, abusive, defamatory, obscene, racist, sexually explicit, ethnically or culturally offensive, indecent, promotes violence, terrorism, or illegal acts, incites hatred on grounds of race, gender, religion or sexual orientation, or is otherwise objectionable in our reasonable discretion. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting an order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.
Credit Card Refunds for Cancelled Orders: A refund will be issued to your original method of payment. • Your financial institution authorized the payment and placed a hold on your account at the time you placed your order. • This authorization hold temporarily decreases your available funds. • Your account is not actually billed until the order ships. • If the order is canceled, the hold will expire in accordance to the timeframe set by your financial institution.
Pricing or Typographical Errors: At tradeshow-stuff.com, we strive to provide accurate product and pricing information, however pricing or typographical errors may occur. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, tradeshow-stuff.com shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event that an item is mispriced, tradeshow-stuff.com may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
